CNC Milling

Our numerous CNC and manual mills give us the ability to complete almost any vertical precision CNC milling job, including jobs that require tapping, thread milling, and recessing.

CNC Turning

With multiple CNC and manual lathes, Excel can accomodate any job that requires microfinishing, cocentricity, and other design features.

Inspection & Assembly

All manufactured parts go through an extensive and thorough inspection process before being sent out for assembly. We ensure that any tolerances, microfinishes, and other GD&T specifications are respected in the final design.
